For the book launch of  The House on Black Lake, 111 Minna Gallery and Lounge in San Francisco created a new Martini called the Black Lake Martini. The drink is served in the traditional style, shaken with ice and served up. The recipe for the drink is as follows:

2 parts Absolut BERRI acai

1 part  Chambord

1 part  fresh squeezed lime juice, 

 Acai berry settled on bottom of glass.

 It can also be served with a sugar rim, for a more feminie appearing drink. The sweet and sour taste of the drink is both refreshing and delicious. It is the sexy drink to request this summer.

So, the next time you are out on the town, ask for a Black Lake Martini. And if the bartender has not yet heard of the drink, be sure to spread the word.  It's the perfect way  to begin your night's journey!

A word of warning:  Be careful what you ask for - you just might find it!
